What happens if I place an order that is out of stock?
Should you place an order for an item that is currently out of stock, we will communicate with you via email, and a refund will be processed back to the initial payment.
SHIPPING
Our shipping services cover both domestic and international destinations, covering the United Kingdom and the rest of the world. As you make a purchase, the projected delivery timeline will hinge on factors like item availability, your chosen shipping approach, and the intended delivery address. Kindly allocate a span of 3 to 5 business days for the receipt of your order.
RETURNS
We do grant the option for returns on purchased items within a 30-day timeframe. Following approval of a return, the item(s) should be dispatched to the warehouse within a 10-day period as per the calendar. Any parcels received beyond this 10-day interval will not undergo processing and will be ineligible for a refund. Please be informed that as of now, returns are not accepted for international orders.Kindly note that any returned items displaying signs of wear and tear or missing tags/stickers will not be accepted and will be sent back to the original shipping address.
